| This seneriao plays out all around the north country; a driver parks his truck for the weekend during the coldest part of the year with no place to plug in and with no other means of keeping the engine warm. Come Sunday evening when it's time to leave the obvouis happens. The truck will not start and the driver cranks until the starter burns up. Chances are operations blames it on maintenance, but it's really because the wrong spec truck is used for the type of operation, the parking location for the driver is not suitable, and the driver lacks common sense.
