King Pin Eye Repair - On Your Site, On Your Truck!
When the “eyes” that hold the kingpins become worn and lose shape the result can be excessive vibration and/or shimmy in the front axle making your truck hard to steer, and the consequences can be catastrophic.
If you are experiencing King Pin, Tire Wear or Alignment issues, it may be due to a worn steer axle eye.
Corrective attention now can avoid costly replacement down the road.
Carolina Axle Surgeons provides King Pin Eye Repairs on Your Site, On Your Truck!
Many current axle repair methods require the axle to be removed resulting in extended down time.
With our precision machining process, Carolina Axle Surgeons can repair your worn eyes, even obsolete models; at your site on your truck; and get you back on the road fast!
Carolina Axle Surgeons king pin eye repair process restores your axle eye to its original dimensions with a precision fit repair, leaving your axle eye in “like new” condition, resulting in less tire wear and better steering.
Carolina Axle Surgeons King Pin Eye repair saves hundreds of dollars compared to the cost of a new replacement axle.
